Uno System

The Uno System capsules (Uno Capsule System) are the format born from the collaboration between Kimbo, illy and Indesit/Hotpoint: one machine, dedicated capsules, espresso at home without other systems. On TuaCialda you will find blends from roasters for Uno System, for example the Verzì and Pop Caffè lines, including intense blends, arabica, decaf, barley and ginseng. Before ordering, check the wording Uno System in the manual (machines: Indesit, Hotpoint Ariston Uno and dedicated models): do not confuse them with Kapsula Kimbo from other formats, nor with Nespresso or A Modo Mio. Choose the intensity and type of drink, then calculate the price per cup (pack price ÷ number of capsules). Packs of 50–100 are often better value if you drink every day; smaller formats are for trying. Scroll through the products below and sort by price or newness. Shipping €3.90, free from €39. To compare the cost with other systems, open the guide on cost per cup; to change format, use the Systems section.

Frequently asked questions

Do Uno System capsules fit Nespresso or A Modo Mio?

No. Uno System is a format of its own. Here you stay on Uno System; for the other systems, open the Systems section.

How do I recognise an Uno System machine?

The manual must show Uno System or Uno Capsule System (Indesit, Hotpoint Ariston Uno and dedicated models). The Kimbo or illy brand alone is not enough: some models use other formats.

Which brands will I find in this catalogue?

In the TuaCialda catalogue you will find capsules for Uno System from roasters such as Verzì and Pop Caffè, including coffee, decaf and some recipes (barley, ginseng, tea).

How do I compare prices between packs?

Divide the pack price by the number of capsules: you get the cost per cup. The full method is in the guide on cost per cup.
