Returns and refunds

You have the right to withdraw within 14 days of delivery for unused products, except where the law says otherwise (for example sealed goods opened for hygiene reasons, if applicable).

To start a return, write to info@casacaffeitalia.com with your order number. The refund uses the same payment method after we receive and check the goods.

Operational details (labels, courier, costs) will be defined before go-live.
