Return policy

We do not accept returns

Casa Caffè Italia does not accept returns. Products delivered as ordered cannot be sent back and are not refunded, including if you change your mind, if the packaging is intact or if the product is unused.

We do not accept exchanges or replacements at the customer's request.

There is no return window. We do not provide return labels, collection or refunds for goods delivered as ordered.

Wrong, damaged or defective products

If the product you received is different from what you ordered, was damaged in transit or has a conformity defect, this is not a return. Write to info@casacaffeitalia.com with your order number and, if possible, photos of the product and packaging. We will assess a replacement or refund under the legal conformity warranty.
