Incentivized review program. Casa Caffe Italia rewards customers who leave a review on purchased products, to learn about their experience and improve our service. The discount code is granted for the published review, regardless of the rating: we do not reward positive reviews nor penalize negative ones. Verified-purchase reviews, received through the personal link in the delivery confirmation email, are marked as such; all reviews are moderated before publication to prevent false or offensive content.
