Mitaca

Mitaca capsules are single-serve for the Mitaca systems used at home and in the office. Mitaca has several formats (including MPS and IES): they are not interchangeable. On TuaCialda you will find Mitaca blends and other roasters in Mitaca format - intense, creamy, decaf - in packs of 16 or 100 pieces. Before ordering, check the manual to see whether your machine is MPS or IES (models M4, M5, M8 and variants): choose only capsules in the right format. It is not Nespresso, it is not A Modo Mio, it is not Iperespresso. Work out the price per cup (pack price ÷ number of capsules), not just the shelf price of the box. Larger packs are often better value if you drink it every day; the 16-count formats are for trying it out. Scroll through the products below and sort by price or newness. Shipping €3.90, free from €39. To compare the spend with other systems, open the guide on cost per cup; to change format use the Systems section.

Frequently asked questions

Are MPS and IES the same format?

No. They are two different Mitaca systems. Check the manual to see which one your machine uses before ordering.

Do Mitaca capsules fit Nespresso or Iperespresso?

No. Each system has its own format. Here you stay with Mitaca; for the others, open the Systems section.

How do I compare prices between packs?

Divide the pack price by the number of capsules: that gives you the cost per cup. The full method is in the guide on cost per cup.
