Illy X-Caps

The illy X-Caps capsules are the most recent format from illycaffè: an aluminium capsule with a symmetrical design, designed for X-Caps machines (X1, X3 and similar lines). On TuaCialda you will find illy blends Classico, Intenso, Forte and Decaffeinato in this format, in packs of a few units or stock-up packs. Before ordering, check the wording X-Caps in the manual: it is not Iperespresso. They are two different illy systems and the capsules are not interchangeable. Choose intensity, then look at the price per cup (pack price divided by number of capsules), not just the box list price. Small packs are for trying; once you have found the base blend, a larger stock-up pack is worthwhile. Scroll through the products below and sort by price or new arrivals. Shipping €3.90, free from €39. If your machine is Iperespresso, open the dedicated catalogue. For other formats use the Systems section; to compare the cost with Nespresso or A Modo Mio, open the guide on cost per cup.
